I feel like they could be a -touch- softer, and the adhesive a -touch- stronger, but mostly they've been great. They won't stay on only with their adhesive. They do the trick when they are on though. This review is from: Waxman 4719095N 1-Inch Self-Stick Round Felt Pads Value Pack, Oatmeal (Tools & Home Improvement) I use these for the saucers that go underneath ceramic pots. The underside of those saucers is really abrasive and is guaranteed to deeply scratch any surface they are placed on. These pads are perfect for protecting the surfaces these saucers go on. (Sidenote: Use only three per saucer. Using four makes them wobble.) I have also been thinking these would be great for putting on dining room chairs, but haven't gotten around to trying that. These have also been applied to the legs of other pieces of small furniture. We have hardwood floors which scratch all too easily, so these have been helpful in slowing down the degradation of the floors.
